At Dudley Street, we are focused on providing excellent, quality care and education for all children who attend our service.
Sometime ago we recognised that quality staff were hard to find in a small country town. We established a mutually beneficial working relationship with the Pathways Co-ordinator at Assumption College and Wallan Secondary College.
We support School Based Apprentice training for selected students from both of these educational establishments. We also support onsite training for Early Childhood Educators on placement from Go-Tafe, Australian Catholic University, RMIT University, Deakin University, Victoria University, Charles Sturt University and Latrobe University
We have also established a strong working relationship the Customised Training (C.T.C.S.) who attend our Centre on a monthly basis to ensure that staff who are studying for Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care are supported in a professional manner.
