Staff & Educational Leadership

Focused on providing excellent quality care and education for all children who attend our service.
At Dudley Street, we are focused on providing excellent, quality care and education for all children who attend our service.

Pathways & Local Partnerships

Some time ago we recognised that quality staff were hard to find in a small country town. We established a mutually beneficial working relationship with the Pathways Co-ordinator at:
  • Assumption College
  • Wallan Secondary College
We support School Based Apprentice training for selected students from these educational establishments.

University & TAFE Placements

We also support onsite training for Early Childhood Educators on placement from leading institutions, including:
  • Go-Tafe
  • RMIT University
  • Victoria University
  • Latrobe University
  • Australian Catholic University
  • Deakin University
  • Charles Sturt University

Independent RTO Partnership

We have also established a strong working relationship with an independent RTO, Practical Outcomes whose staff attend our Centre on a monthly basis to ensure that staff who are studying for Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care are supported in a professional manner.

Employment Opportunities

We are always pleased to hear from well qualified professional Early Childhood Educators who are willing and able to work within the hours we operate.

At certain times throughout the year we may have some shift options available and these are managed by our electronic rostering system, Easy Employer.

We are committed to further training of all of our staff at all levels. Our Early Childhood Educators are constantly upgrading their Early Childhood Education and Care skills and knowledge with our support.
